Does ILG
charge for estimates?
At ILG, we
don’t charge for estimates. If you ask us to provide a
service: lawn maintenance, a simple or elaborate design, or
outdoor upgrade project, we can provide a quote for that
work. When it comes to outdoor improvements, many folks we
speak with don’t know just what they want- that’s why they
called us! We have created some simple tools to help you
more clearly define your needs.

If you’ve used these tools and still need a little help, we
charge an hourly rate of $70.00 for an on-site consultation
with a Staff Professional.
How does
ILG’s Lifetime Transferable Warranty work?
It’s really
a simple concept: we design it, we install it, we maintain
it, it’s ours to break! This warranty applies to all new
crop (not transplanted or discounted) green goods specified
and installed by ILG for as long as you hold a full
maintenance

contract with us. If you sell your house, we’ll be happy to
transfer that same service and warranty to the new
homeowner.
How do I
know that ILG will take care of me?
Since 1998,
ILG has been Upgrading and Enhancing some of Metro Atlanta’s
most beautiful and prestigious commercial and residential
properties. We have developed a short questionnaire to help
us both understand your expectations. At the bottom of this
form is a place for us to sign a contract saying we will
treat you exactly the way you say you want to be treated.

extensive quality controls in place to make sure you are
100% satisfied with all of our services. Most of our
equipment is 2 years old or newer, and we carry Workman’s
Comp. and Liability insurance. See our reference page for

What are
my Maintenance Options?
Our
Maintenance Division offers services from reel or rotary
cutting, to chemical applications and horticultural
services. Your property will receive an itemized walk-thru
visit from an Account Manager every other week to best
insure you are receiving the treatment you deserve and
expect.
Regular
Maintenance includes rotary cutting and edging on your
turfgrass, shearing shrubs, pruning or limbing trees up to
12’ of the canopy height, and blowing of all hardscapes. We
perform this service at regular weekly intervals 50 times
per year. This service will free you to enjoy your weekends
not having to worry about cutting your grass.
Full
Maintenance is the same as above, but includes turfgrass
fertilization and chemical applications, additional
fungicide applications (as needed), tree and shrub nutrient
and pest care, and irrigation start up/ shut down. With
this service, you’ll see virtually no weed, insect, and
disease pests. Your yard will be the envy of the
neighborhood.
Additional
services which can be added to your maintenance contract
include reel cutting, topdressing, aerating and overseeding,
additional Horticulture Service visits, Floriculture,
firewood delivery, potager care- really anything to do with
your outdoor spaces that need to happen on regular
intervals! Just ask your Account Representative for
details.

Do you
offer any perks or incentives?
At Integrity Landscape Group, Inc., we
are grateful to our clients who take enough pride in their
yards to allow us to maintain them. We are even more
grateful to our clients who trust us with their neighbors,
so much that we’ve developed a program just for you! We
offer generous merchant gift cards to both you and your
neighbor if it all works out. Ask an associate for details.
How does
your design service work?
You should
locate a copy of your plat (survey) showing your house as it
sits on your lot, and a copy of your neighborhood
covenants. Give your designer Your designer will need to
take these with them. Most folks just want to have a
general idea what their garden will look like before we get
started on the construction phase. Others want more:
detailed, working drawings showing elevation views of
specific garden elements. We’ll be happy to meet with you
to discuss the options and tailor a custom design to your
needs and charge accordingly. Most simple garden designs
cost less than $400, and a full landscape plan can run from
just under $1000 to twice that or more depending on the
specific requirements.
Can I get
a discount on my design if I hire ILG?
We believe
our design work has real value- that’s why we charge for
it. However, we really want to install your project for
you. If you purchase a Professional Design through ILG, we
will discount up to 50% of the cost of the design at a rate
of $100 per $1000 spent in landscape.
I don’t
have a big project. Will ILG work with me?
I have a
very large project. Can ILG handle it?
Our
Installation Division can handle everything from a single
tree installation to a full turnkey project including wood
or stone construction, lighting and water features, and, of
course, GORGEOUS plant material! From outdoor kitchens,
pools and spas, and specialized garden rooms to sculpture,
screening, and grading; we have the right people in place to
